Terms of Service
Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TicketFlow as installed on your Shopify store. By installing or using TicketFlow, you agree to these Terms.
If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
The service
TicketFlow provides tools to help merchants manage customer support tickets and related communications in connection with a Shopify store. Features may evolve over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.
Shopify platform
TicketFlow relies on Shopify APIs and Shopify’s platform. Your use of Shopify remains governed by Shopify’s terms and policies. You are responsible for maintaining a valid Shopify subscription and appropriate staff permissions.
Subscription and fees
Paid plans, trials, and billing are handled through Shopify’s app billing mechanisms (including Shopify Managed Pricing where enabled). Fees, renewal, and cancellations follow Shopify’s billing flows and the pricing shown on the Shopify App Store listing at the time of purchase.
You remain responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase, as applicable.
Merchant obligations
You are responsible for your store’s compliance with applicable laws (including consumer, privacy, and marketing rules), for the accuracy of information you enter, and for how you communicate with customers.
You must not misuse TicketFlow, attempt to access non‑public Shopify systems without authorization, interfere with other merchants, or use the service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity.
Customer data
You instruct TicketFlow to process customer personal data only as needed to provide support features you enable. You must provide any required notices and obtain any required consents for your storefront.
AI-assisted features
If you enable optional AI-assisted drafting or similar features, outputs are suggestions only. You remain responsible for reviewing content before sending it to customers.
Disclaimer
TicketFlow is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the service will meet every merchant workflow.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the service will not exceed the amounts you paid for TicketFlow during the three (3) months preceding the claim (or, if no fees applied, fifty euros (€50)). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.
Termination
You may uninstall TicketFlow at any time from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, risk to platform integrity, or legal requirement. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
